Telling stories from a different perspective

When you think about commercial real estate developers you don't immediately think about compelling stories but from the moment we started working with Fieldgate Commercial to create marketing content for them we knew that there was potential for great story telling. The key was in the values and underlying culture of the organization. A culture that valued family and celebrated individuals as unique contributors to the companies success instead of employees and when you have the opportunity to work with a company who's values are aligned with yours it's an opportunity for magic to happen.

Initially one of the first projects we worked on with Fieldgate commercial was a story highlighting a local graffiti artist who had been commissioned to create an artwork for a new development. This first project was a clear example of how much thought and intentionality went into each development that Fieldgate was involved in and how much they valued supporting and involving local talent and the community in their projects. From there we began to work with Fieldgate Commercial to capture aerial videography and photography of a number of their commercial real estate properties. Using drones and if necessary manned aircraft, we worked with Fieldgate Commercial to not only showcase their properties and the various retail opportunities available on each site but to also capture a sense of the community around each location and to show how each location was an intentional addition to the community around it.

From their our work expanded to helping them capture various events and celebrate their team and yearly progress and most recently we had the opportunity to develop a series of videos for International Women's Day, to help them celebrate some of the incredible women who are a part of their organization and contributing to their success. This story involved filming on location as the various participants conducted meetings, surveyed ongoing projects and inspected properties in development. This footage was then combined with interviews we were able to film with each participant to share their unique story and highlight their role within the organization.
